Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Canadawide Scientific is looking for an individual to join our inside sales team. An integral part of this position is the ability to control costs, solve problems, and ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers. The successful candidate is responsible for maintaining close liaison with customers while developing innovative ways to improve the customer experience.

Order Desk:
• Take incoming customer calls.
• Process orders and quote information accurately using order entry software.
• Qualify requests for prices and quote appropriately when required.
• Answer product application questions and research product information.
• Advise price and delivery.
• Research and quote special requirements for unique needs.
• RFQ and tender requests.
• Resolve customer service inquiries.
• Prepare and submit quotes within deadlines.
• Follow up quotations over a certain dollar amount.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Business Development:
• Prospecting.
• Special projects.
• Maintain customer database.
• Qualify new or existing customers.

Other:
• Plan and make lead follow-up calls.
• Send out any literature or quotations required.
• Ability to control costs, solve problems, and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Qualifications:
• Fully bilingual.
• A self-motivator with an outgoing personality.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• University or College degree, preferably in chemistry or biology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in planning, organization and goal setting.
• Accurate and detail oriented.
• Computer skills (25+ wpm).
