Lab-Line Hybridization Incubator

Designed to process applications such as Northern, Southern and Western blots. Temperature can be digitally adjusted from 7°C above ambient to 75°C with control of ±0.1°C using a microprocessor based PID temperature controller. Forced air circulation ensures chamber uniformity of ±0.5°C and sample uniformity of ±0.25°C at 55°C. A solid state speed control enables the speed to be adjusted from 5 to 15 rpm. A special on/off switch features a "jog" position so the rotisserie can be rotated in small steps and the hybridization tubes can be easily removed.
The stainless steel drip tray and rotisserie are easily removed to facilitate thorough decontamination. A tempered low beta-emission glass door permits easy viewing of the hybridization tubes without disrupting the chamber atmosphere. The hybridization tubes (not included) are constructed of borosilicate glass and polypropylene caps with teflon coated O-rings to provide a tight seal. The mini-hybridization incubator accommodates four 35 x 300 mm or eight 35 x 150 mm hybridization tubes. 24 month warranty. Dimensions: 15 W x 8 L x 9.5" H. Net Weight: 28 lbs.
