Spectra/Por® 3 Dialysis Membrane
Membrane is used in biochemical work for ultrafiltration and dialysis. Made of natural, pure regenerated cellulose. Contains no fixed charges. Molecular weight cut-off is 35,000. Membrane does have a few impurities and glycerine which are removed by washing. If roll is maintained carefully, porosity throughout roll is very uniform. Over a period of months, membrane will only change slowly if kept refrigerated in original polyethylene bag. Supplied in 50 ft. rolls.
