Plexiglass box is useful as a dry box, glove box, dust box, or draft-free enclosure for tissue culturing. With available accessories, box is also useful as an environmental chamber with reduced pressures or special atmospheres. Plexiglass is 5/16-inch thick. Box is absolutely gas tight. Dimensions overall are 36" wide x 20" deep x 26" high. To introduce materials, the two 12" side entries have readily removable covers. Front circular glove holes are 8" in diameter. Shipping weight is 35 lbs. Interior can be chemically sterilized with various agents including formalin.
