UV crosslinker portion provides an extremely uniform shortwave radiation exposure chamber for bonding nucleic acid to a medium, typically done before hybridization. Uniform UV radiation is achieved using 254 nm UV tubes and UV output is controlled with a built-in microprocessor, which enables accurate, reliable and safe laboratory cross-linking. The hybridizer and crosslinker portions of the HL-2000 have separate power supplies and can operate independently of each other. Exterior Dimensions: 17.5W x 15D x 24H inches. Comes with one 35x300mm bottle and a carousel for either 35x150mm or 35x300mm bottles. CSA Approved.
