This thermal cycler is an economical, sub ambient high throughput instrument. It includes the unique CombiBlock that can accommodate 80 x 0.2 ml or 32 x 0.5 ml tubes. This Peltier driven cycler exhibits the same heating and cooling rates and block uniformity specifications as more expensive models, and temperature can be controlled using either block control or simulated tube control. Easy-to-use programming is accomplished using the large 5.7" black and white touch screen. The spring loaded hot lid ensures excellent sealing of both 0.2 and 0.5 ml tubes. 120/240 volt.
