  • Can accommodate 60 x 0.5 ml, 96 x 0.2 ml, 96-well fully skirted plates, 384-well plate or flat plate for In-situ.
  • Temperature range from 4 to 99°C.
  • Fully interchangeable block system allows blocks to be exchanged in seconds without tools.
  • Defined pressure, programmable heated lid (100 to 115°C) accommodates a variety of consumables. The heated lid only comes on if the block is set above 35°C.
  • Eight Peltier elements per block, controlled by four independent temperature thermistors distributed evenly across the block.
  • Incremental/decremental time and temperature for applications such as Touchdown PCR.
  • Safety features include an over-temperature cut-out and regulated lid pressure.
  • Auto-restart function after a power failure. End of program alarm.
  • RS232 serial port.

TC-4000 model includes:

  • Rapid heating rate of 2.6°C/second and block uniformity of ±0.3°C at 50°C.
  • Intuitive programming with 4-line alphanumeric display, simple-to-use software, password protection and copy/edit functions.
  • 80 programs available.

TC-5000 model includes:

  • Rapid heating rate of 3°C/second and block uniformity of ±0.3°C at 50°C, with or without a gradient. Gradient range 20°C to 70°C, maximum 30°C.
  • Real-time graphical display shows the sample temperature while the program is running, including the upper and lower limits of the gradient.
  • User-friendly programming with a touch-sensitive screen. 50 programs available.
  • Gradient calculator function displays the temperature of each column of tubes for excellent replication of conditions.
