  • Ideal for labs that require sophisticated electronic monitors and alarms to protect important samples at ultra low temperatures between -50 to -86°C.
  • Safety features include setpoint security with key operated switch, power failure alarms, temperature failure alarms, low voltage surge protection, extreme ambient alert to warn if room temperature may affect performance, low battery alarm and alarm test features to simulate temperature alarm conditions.
  • Programmable and easy-to-use microprocessor controls provide precise setpoints on temperature, power and other critical measurements.
  • Digital LED display on eye-level control panel shows cabinet temperature and is adjustable in 1°C increments.
  • Refrigeration system provides an enhanced heat removal system that delivers very quick temperature recovery after door openings for stable, uniform temperatures.
  • Freezers are very energy efficient and have low levels of heat rejection. Also uses CFC-free refrigerants for environmentally-friendly usage.
  • Designed with minimized noise output, ensuring a quiet lab environment.
  • Five inches of CFC-free foamed urethane insulation and an outer door gasket with five points of sealing contact provide excellent thermal protection.
  • On-board diagnostics continuously monitor sensors and the Automatic Incident Monitor (A.I.M) provides information on temperature deviation due to power or temperature failure.
  • Constructed of high-strength steel with a corrosion resistant coating. Also has five inner doors and one fixed and three adjustable stainless steel heavy-duty shelves.
  • Door mounted Pressure Equalization Port (PEP) allows quick re-entries after door openings and eliminates the need for ice removal.
  • All models have a RS232 data port and a 1" diameter access port with cap.
  • Integrated door handle and latch for one-hand operation with built-in key lock.
  • Options include a chart recorder and a liquid nitrogen/CO2 backup system. Specify when ordering.
  • Warranty: 2 years (parts and labour), 5 years (compressor).
