Multi-Tube Vortexer allows fifty test tubes to be mixed at one time. You can also switch to single large containers such as flasks for bigger jobs. Powerful enough even for problem emulsions. Fast, efficient mixing is provided for a wide range of test samples. Inexpensive racks are colour coded for easy identification, and are available in 10-16 mm test tube sizes. Standard racks up to 7 x 12" holding tubes 10-18 mm, and scintillation vials are easily held.
For maximum security, two 7/8" stainless steel posts support top plate. Easy assembly. Has no collar to adjust. Each support post has precision grooves to allow smooth, quick adjustment. Oversized clamping screw knobs on each side allow top plate to be fastened securely and quickly for quiet, rattle-free mixing. Unit controlled by simple, reliable front panel. One dial provides both on/off operation and variable speed adjustment (1200 to 2400 rpm). Timer dial sets mixing time from 0-60 seconds then automatically shuts vortexer off. A separate cycle time switch allows operator to interrupt automatic timing cycle if necessary or repeat cycle. Panel pilot light tells you power is on when unit is at minimum speed. One blue foam 12 mm test tube rack is included. Other rack sizes are available. For 115 volt, 60 Hz. Warranty: 2 years. CSA and cUL Approved.
