The standard search will look at keywords and product numbers. Product numbers also include old Canadawide catalog numbers, manufacturer numbers and some competitors’ numbers.

Multiple word searches will display results where all the words are found in the product title. For best results, start with a simple search such as “glass bottle”.

To narrow down the results you can use the feature for searching within the search results. If you enter “wheaton 1000”, all manufacturer names, full text and the specifications associated with each product will be searched. All 1000 ml Wheaton glass bottles will now be displayed.

If only one match is found, that product will be displayed. If multiple matches are found, the results are organized by category. You can view the complete list of products in a category by clicking “Show All”.

The power search allows you to search specified types of text.

• ”Keywords” looks for matches in product titles, category names and synonyms.
• ”Full text” looks at keywords, manufacturer names, full text and the specifications associated with each product.
• ”Canadawide & Mfg Numbers” is an alphanumeric search only for product numbers.
