Fluoride Electrode

Combination electrode for analyzing fluoridated water supplies and titration of fluoride complexes in solution. Also for studies of fluoride metabolism in animals and plants, and for control and monitoring of fluoride waste discharge into streams. Ions measurable from 1 down to 10–6 moles/liter (20 ppb). pH range is 0 to 8 at 10–6 M F–, 0 to 12 at 10–2 M F–. Temperature range is -5 to 100°C. 5"" long, epoxy plastic body, 30"" lead. Electrode may be used in samples as small as 10 microliters and is sensitive enough for precise clinical and analytical applications. Rugged enough for field use. Unbreakable body is resistant to acids and bases.
